  Dorothy A. "Dot" Sullivan, 78, of Avon, widow of Francis Clarke Sullivan, passed away peacefully at home Tuesday, May 21, 2013. The daughter of the late Joseph and Inez (Rubert) Quagliaroli, Dot was born and raised in Windsor Locks and lived in the community until her marriage to Francis. She was formerly employed at CNA Insurance, retiring after many years with the company. Dot was very talented artistically and musically as she enjoyed painting, drawing, and playing the piano. Most important to her was her family as she was a very devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Burial at Grove Cemetery, Main Street in Windsor Locks. Published in Journal Inquirer from May 24 to May 28, 2013
