    Billy loved to laugh and liked all of his food spicy. He particularly liked things that were hot and always would deny that anything was to hot for him. I remember one time in particular when we had this pepper plant, which produced tiny orange-ish red peppers. Billy took the smallest little bite from the tip of a pepper and began to chew. As his face continued to change to various shades of red he continued to shake his head and would not admit that the pepper was too hot!
